Senator MacKinnon, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 3060. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 214(FIN) "An Act relating to the Department of Education and Early Development; relating to dating violence and abuse training, awareness, prevention, and notices; and establishing the month of February as Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month" was adopted. Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
